Teaching children and adults with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities
Come join us for our 5th annual series of professional development workshops for educators, parents and carers, and support services. Trainers from Down Syndrome Victoria's Inclusion Support Unit will again provide insight into the learning profile of people with Down syndrome and approaches which best support their education with a focus on inclusion. Note this workshop has proved valuable across all age ranges - from those teaching children in childcare and early learning settings, through primary and secondary schools all the way to those supporting the learning of adults with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities.
